problems. please can some one help me.

Hi,

A 0xD1 stop error usually means a driver fault, but could also be bad memory
or an out of date BIOS. Your system builder should be the one to resolve
this, as the machine is only a few weeks old. Things to check:

- Run the memory diagnostic tool (just type it into the search line to find
it)
- Check with the motherboard manufacturer for a BIOS update
- Check with the motherboard manufacturer for a chipset update
- Run msinfo32 and check for conflicts
- If a dump file is being created, have it analyzed (I can help you with
this)

Well, you've gotten your answer then for gracious' sakes. The hardware is
bad. The machine is only a few weeks old. TAKE IT BACK! This is not rocket
science. The machine is faulty and it is under warranty. It will not heal
itself and you paid for a working computer.
