blue screen @ guest account

Hi,

I've activated the guest account, but when i try to
switch to the guest account, i only get a blue screen.
No windows taskbar, no desktop icons, nothing...
I can enter the task manager by pushing CTRL+ALT+DEL but
i cannot start applications from there...

Can someone help me with this bug?

In Task Manager, you can start programs but clicking
File> new task (run)

Try:
- Kill explorer.exe process and restart it. This
sometimes causes the shell to become sane again.
- Delete the guest account and recreate using Computer
Management console in Administrative Tools in Control
Panel.
 
I've tried to delete the guest account, but that's not
possible because it's a built-in account.
I can create a new account with the Computer Management
console, but when i log in... i experience the same
problem... a blue screen.

Same as before, i can open the task manager, but i cannot
cancel the explorer.exe task, and if i start a new task
with explorer.exe nothing happens :(

Somebody who has other options ???
