Hi guys

Page Fault in Non Paged Error

At first I though it maybe a problem with the Virtual memory setting so i changed it to system managed
but it still keeps doing it.

I hope is aint a stick of RAM. It's not my main system but a shuttle one I threw together a few months ago
There was an error code but i cant remember it now

Any ideas?

There was two sticks of 512 in it however I took out one stick got no error.
Swapped them and machine refused to boot. So left it out.

I have now filled it to capacity with two 1gig stick and all seem to be fine.
It is a shared onboard graphics system so i was only getting crashes when i was starting WMP or encoding video files.

Seems all is resolved anyway no. System is now stable. Lets hope it stays that way lol

Page Fault in Non Paged Error is most likely caused by a bad RAM module, test with Memtest for at least an hour more if poss. :)
 
ya i saw that just after i replied, lol, oh well it may help someone someday. :)
