Hi
i have an HP dv 6000 series laptop which is 2 years old
the problem is this

I turn on the laptop
and it says "sorry for the inconvenience windows couln't start nomally and
then some options like safemode, safemode with comand prompt and start
windows normally appear.
Any option i select all i see the windows logo loading and then a blue
screen with an stop error message.
I even disabled automatic restart by pressing f8 but all i get is a blue
screen in the end
if tried "last known good config "again i get the blue screen, so nothing is
working.it keeps on cycling back to the blue error screen.

How can i fix this problem please help............
Thanks in advance

Do you have the recovery console from the laptop manufacturer installed?
If you do, try to press F10 on start up to run it and check the hardware
health by running a test.
Or try to use the system restore on the advanced option on the recovery
Console.
Your hard drive may be died or a memory gone bad!
HTH,
nass
