Blue Screen Error

Hi,

I have been getting this error message every month to few months and I would
like to solve it somehow. I've called Sony several times to attempt to solve
it and to no avail. Hopefully someone has some fantastic insight for me! Let
me know if you have a solution. Thank you!

A 0xd1 error is usually driver related, but the details you listed don't
contain sufficient information to tell you where to look. Send this file to
