Blue Screen Error message

Need Help!
My computer is sometimes bringing up that blue screen. Its
extremely irritating if im working on something. The
message it comes up with is:

*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000015, 0x00000002, 0xED2BAB3E)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

*** ADDRESS ED2BAB3E base at ED2B8000, datestamp
3a037343 - uhcd.sys

beginning dump of physical memory

uhcd.sys is part of the USB driver set try obtaining updated
drivers for your USB subsystem. This can also be caused by
certain devices with poor usb drivers ... I seem to recall some
HP USB printers require updated drivers to cure this
