Blue screen : error code - 100000d1

Hi all,
i am facing a problem recently. Sometimes, when I log into internet and open
internet explorer(ie6), just after 30 seconds, blue screen appears telling "
Dumping Physical Memory". when I checked the dump memory, it says as below :

NumberProcessors 00000001
BugCheckCode 100000d1
BugCheckParameter1 00000000
BugCheckParameter2 00000002
BugCheckParameter3 00000000
BugCheckParameter4 00000000

After rebooting when i right clicked 'My Computer' , then 'manage' then
'Event viewer' then 'aaplication', I cna see the error as TRUE VECTOR ENGINE.

Can anyone please help me and tell me if it is a device driver problem or
someother??

OS : WinXP
Intel Pentium 3
SD RAM - 256MB

True Vector Engine is a component of Zone Alarm. If you have it installed,
check the Zone Labs website, www.zonelabs.com to make sure you have the
latest version and any updates. If you had it installed but removed it,
check the Zone Labs website for step by step removal instructions.

If you have the latest install with all patches, check their website for
tech papers that might address this issue or contact their tech support.

I remeber installing a new version of it.
I will try to remove & install it again.
