Hi

Can anyone tell me what the above means? I have been
getting a crash that stops my machine working and a blue
screen with white text (I can send you a photo of the
screen) my email is (e-mail address removed) and
the machine has to be restarted.

This is a complete nightmare

Thanks for any help

Alan

Try resetting the CMOS,use the jumper pins on the board.
If thats not a possibility, remove the battery on the board for
15-20 seconds,replace,restart computer,tap the key for BIOS
upon starting computer,select exit page,select load set-up
defaults,then save and exit.

Hi

Thanks for the help I have done what you sugested so
fingers crossed. I will let you know if it works, thanks
once again.

There are hundreds (at least) of different possible "blue screen"
errors in Windows XP. The vast majority of these all have different
causes and therefore different cures.

The only possible way for us to give you any assistance with this
problem is for you to first provide us with the complete *verbatim*
text of the error message, exactly as it appears on the screen,
including all of the parameters. Without this information any attempt
at solving the problem would be futile.

Also questions asked in these newsgroups are answered in the
newsgroups as well. Private support by email is not usually provided
by any of the volunteers who follow these newsgroups.

Good luck
