blue screen/cannot boot up

Blue screen msge PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED-AREA.Screen
suggests pressing F8 to go to safe mode but keyboard
(wireless type) is not responding yet the wireless mouse
is.Sometimes the BIOS screen does show but of course the
arrow keys are not working to get u there.What does the
team think?

If the batteries do not need replacing in the keyboard, check to see if
there are new drivers available for it. May want to keep a PS/2 keyboard
handy for moments like these.
 
What does the blue screen say specifically at the bottom? (ex. STOP
0x0000008e)This number is used to diagnose very specific problems. Take
that number and head to aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php for clues to what
your problem might be. If you're still confused, post your computers
specs. and that STOP number.
Oh yeah and BTW it was suggesting to you to press F8 before it got to
the blue screen of death, a blue screen of death stops ALL input
processes completely(...did I phrase that right?). Try pressing F8
while your computer is first starting up.
