Blue flags?

I am not a code person. I've been developing my site in design mode and have
suddenly started seeing a blue flag next to one of the nagivation buttons.
Can't seem to develop the right phrase to obtain the answer I need in Windows
Help and the properties don't tell me anything. Of course, I don't understand
a lot of the terminology, so it's difficult to know exactly what to look for
anyway. Can someone help with this?

A little blue flag is typically an empty "name" tag, in FrontPage it's
called a "bookmark".

Like a hyperlink, it provides an anchor point for you to send a user to in a
file, so file.htm#anchor and the browser will scroll down to find the name
called "anchor". Those "go to top" links are done typically with an anchor
like that near the top of the page.

If you didn't put it there, it's probably a mistake. You can select and
delete it. To ad them, place your cursor where you want it and go to
"Insert" then "Bookmark"
