When I send video back to my video camera using fire wire(a Canon ZR-45) I get blue blips throughout the video on playback. What causes this?

Could be a variety of things, probably something
interupting the flow of data.
Try ensureing all other programmes aret urned off,
include disconnect form internet/firewall etc etc, try a
programme like enditall.
Also if the firewire card is sharing resources, moving it
to another pci slot may also help.
