Blocking

Hope someone can help me. I am in real estate, and from a
website I subscribe to I can download forms to my MSWORD.

Problem is the spyware is blocking the download of these
forms. If I disable the spyware forms will down load.

Any suggestions.

I'm will to assume it's an *anti-spyware* program that's blocking
your downloads, but what program do you use?
Could you provide an example of the alert you receive?
