Hi folks,

Is there any way that a website can be completely blocked so when someone
tries to go on the site it will not be allowed. Or maybe asks for a password
or something.

Basically im fed up with my kid going on the computer to do 'homework' and
when i check he is on www.habbohotel.com, he is on it constantly and i want
to restrict it now i have had enough of it.

HELP....... !!!!

Thanks in advance

See here: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=267930

Hope this helps.

Yes. Download a HOSTS file from here:

http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

Then insert the website address you want to block using the similar way
as given in the file (text file). Everytime the kids go to the site,
they will get a message that the page cannot be loaded. PERIOD

You need to put this file in Windows/Systems32/Drivers etc

Check the instructions on the link i have given you.
