Blocking unsolicited emails

I have Office 2002 for Windows XP and would like to know if I am able to block unsolicited emails

OL 2002 will block some of them using the Adult Content Senders and Junk
Mail Senders lists and rules that work with those lists. You can also
create your own rules. Some find it easier to run separate spam blocking
applications.
