Hi Jean Pierre :-)

Try the following and see if it helps:

How to allow Popups in IE Information bar

IE>TOOLS> Options> Privacy tab> Pop-up section> Settings button> check box
for information bar. There you can add the web address to allow pop-ups.

You can also hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on a link

Temprarily allow Popups in XP
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/web/sp2_popupblocker.mspx

also...

Do you have a Norton or McAfee application installed, too. Check their
blockers.

Are you getting the yellow Info Bar?

Also..

Have you installed the Google Toolbar on your browser, or some other third
party popup stopper. If so, check the settings. Most of those products
include the ability to
selectively allow popups by holding down some hot key while you are
clicking.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

It is probably not a good idea to do that.... Even though the files are
local copies on you computer the popup links may refer to a malicious site
that could download and infect your computer.
To overide the popup block use Ctrl+Click
I think the MS popup blocker has a white and black list for sites to enable
and disable popups

Norton does not interfere

Dont works
