blocking ie web sites

OK, I know the title sounds misleading but HERE'S the DEAL! I know
there are tons of filtering/blocking programs for the internet. NONE OF
them I have found to be fool proof.

SO WHAT I WANT is a program that is pretty much OPPOSITE of most
blocking programs, something that will let me give a LIST of certain
websites that are accessible and EVERYTHING ELSE is NOT accessible. Get
it? Just for an example, I only want to allow those who use my computer
to go to, let's say, eBay (not just the home page but pages WITHIN the
website) BUT they CAN'T access ANY OTHER website, unless I add it to
the list.

I hope I'm making sense here. I also need the program to be password
enabled/disabled so only one person can edit/modify the permitted sites
list.
PLEASE, if anyone knows of anything out there like this, please post a
reply

Thanks

How to configure Internet Explorer 5.x to block access to all but approved
Internet sites:

Hey PA Bear: Thanks for the link but I've a dozen machines to manage
(call center). I can't sit at every machine and type the list of sites
to allow. Micro$oft should've given an easier way the MVP's and you
don't know about.

Sorry for the double posting.

Sorry, but that's what I've got. You might be able to do it using Group
Policy: Post about this to an OS-specific newsgroup (e.g., WinXP General,
Windows Server General, Windows Server SBS).
