I can't block a specific sender. When I try, it just goes to my junk mail.
I don't want anything from this sender. How do i do that?

Tools - Rules - Mail rules
New
1. [x] Where the From line contains people
2. [x] Delete it
[x] Mark it read
3. click on "contains people" and enter the persons name or email address
(whatever always shows up in the From field)
4. give the rule a name
OK

or, an easier way is to click on a message from this person, Click on
"Message" in the toolbar,
and select "Create rule from message"
then do steps 2 & 4 and maybe edit 3
OK

Thank you. There are also options listed like not to download the message ,
etc. I don't even want to know if this person is sending emails. Is delete
still the best option to choose?

For cases like this, I have set my rule to delete the message from server and it
works very well. I never know the message has been sent.

Cal Bear 66.
I've been doing just that, but now I'm beginning to get repeats through. I
even copy exactly how the sender prints, (Usually Bogus Banks) but it has
stopped working. Not that I am ever going to reply to them but it is
annoying. Any Ideas?

Blocking spam is very difficult.

If you use the sending address, they never use the same (or even real) address.

If you use words in the content, they use HTML and the rule only works with
plain text.

It seems the best (semi effective) rule is to use frequently used words in the
Subject.

Perhaps third party spam blockers can be more effective, but I have never used
them, and there is the possibility that they are not at all compatible with
Windows Mail.
