Blocking email programs

This spyware program works very well for me...in fact a
bit too well as it continues to stop my email program from
working. I use Incredimail to access Hotmail, but every
day I have to reload the addresses as I keep
getting "unauthorized" messages. The only info I can find
on spyware regarding this is to reset the account on
Incredimail. I cannot find a place to disconnect the
email scanner or add email info to the items I want
allowed through. Can you help????

Check Tools > Real-time Protection > "View All Blocked events" if anything
relating to Incredimail is blocked.
