Blocking custom-fields from being sent

I am using Outlook2000 on XP with the add-ins for changing the default
form for received mail. I am using it on stand-alone base just to
handle my Internet mail accounts.

I have added custom fields to a custom-form to make comments/annotation
to incoming mail. So far this works perfect!

When replying now to a mail on which I have previously made a comment
the content of the customized comment-field seems to be send as well
over the Internet.... of course - as those comments are only ment for
my personal use - I would like to block those custom fields from being
mailed.

Even if the recipient may not use a form himself that would allow him
to retrieve the content I would feel a lot more comfortable if the
contents were not send at all!

Any idea anybody?

Once you have added data to a data item and saved it, it is part of the
data item. And, as you know, even without your form, the receiver can
find those data fields if they really look for it. So, the only thing
you can do is add script that will find the fields and null them out
before it is sent.
