Blocking Blind Carbon Copy fields

As with many others I have been drowning in unwanted spam. I have discovered one thing in common with 99% of which , is that my address is always in the Bcc field. and that 100% of the e-mails I want to recieve do not have either my address int the Bcc field or dont use it at all. Is it possible therefore to set up a rule which simply says "if there is anything in the Bcc field delete it" or "if it contains my address in the Bcc field delete it" ?

? You might want to try a group about Outlook Express or whatever your mail
software.
