I used to have Office XP with a Netgear DSL modem. I was loggin with VPN at the office and I was able to use my outlook with the Exchange server. A week ago, I have upgraded my office xp to office 2003. Since I have upgreded with outllok 2003, I am no longer able to connect with my exchange server thru Netgear and VPN. I tried many config but nothing works. I then bypass my netgear and etablish the PPPOE connection eith Windows XP, connect VPN and communicated wioth my Exchange server with my new version of Outllok 2003. Does somebody already see thei problem. Many of my collegue are having the same problem when the upgrade to Office 2003

Any answer, please send my an e-mai a

Try changing Network logon security in Outlook 2003 from Kerberos/NTLM to
just password authentication (NTLM). Your VPN appliance and Outlook 2003
use of Kerberos might not compatible.
