My sister and I exchange several emails a day with no porblem BUT I have just
come back from a vacation where I used a purchased card (a shipboard email
service) to send and receive emails to and from my verizon email account.
For two weeks, this worked fine but towards the end of the vacation, her
replies to me did not get through at all. Moreover, now that I am home, I
do not receive any of her emails. Moreover, moreover, when she forwards my
emails to others in the family and they respond (theoretically to me and to
her and the others in the address), I do not receive their emails either. I
talked to a Verizon techie and he said there are no blocks or filters in my
account. I am receiving normal email from others that I emailed through the
purchased card. What's going on?? My sister and I need our daily email
dialogue...... Thank you very much for your help - everyone is stumped!

Before anybody can help you, you have to provide at least minimal
information. What email client software are you using? Outlook, Outlook
Express, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail, something else? What version of
Windows are you running? The above is needed so you can be directed to an
appropriate discussion group for your question. This discussion group is for
..NET programming issues.
Identify your software because you *may* have inadvertently changed some
setting.

My opinion: you should also pursue this problem with Verizon technical
support (again). Explain in detail the history and get your problem
escalated to a higher support level. The fact that you are not receiving
mail from several different sources, but are from others points to the mail
server.
