Blocked download

Trying to use USPS postage and label option--when I try to print I get
message "Internet Explorer has blocked this site from downloading files to
your computer. Click here for options."--Selected download file--New message
"page cannot be refreshed without resending information". click retry--Next
message "label canceled"--When I retry I go through the same routine with
the same result.Please! What am I doing wrong? Any help will really be
appreciated--Thanks in advance--Mel

Your question would be better asked in an Internet Explorer newsgroup;
however, I will give it a shot. Open Internet Explorer, click Tools,
Internet Options, Security tab, Trusted Sites, Sites button and add the
site. Then click the Default Level button.
