Yes, and no. You can know about contacts who have deleted you and not about
contacts who have blocked you. Likewise, if you block someone, they will not
know it unless you delete them. To find out which contacts have deleted you,
go to 'tools' then 'options' the 'privacy' and then right click each contact
to see if the delete option is available. If its available, it means the
particular contact has deleted you and if its greyed out its the otherway
