Blocked attachment

I am unable to attach photos from My Photos. I get a message that says the
attachment is blocked, but haven't been able to unblock the attachment.

If you are using Outlook Express...
try the following:

Tools / Optoins / Security tab...

Uncheck...

"Do not allow attachments...etc..."

Uncheck..

"Block images...etc..."

Apply / OK...
