blocked attachment in Outlook

Dear,
It is outlook's default activity to block the attachment which is not safe
for your computer. If you are still looking to open those, but make sure the
sender - you can download and install the following program and uncheck the
attachment extension. (Instructions are there on the site)
Hope your OL version will be OL 2000with sp2 and above
