Blocked Addressee?

Why won't my message to "(e-mail address removed)" send? It sits in the Outbox
and no matter how many time I try to send it, it stays there. No error
message or anything. Meanwhile, other messages go out promptly and
accurately. "cia" stands for Cybersurf Internet Access, an integrated
phone/high speed internet provider (http://cia.com). My contact is
legitimate, he provided the address directly to me. Could there be
something in Outlook that blocks anything hinting at the CIA? If so, how
can I find and edit the blocked addressee list? Also if so, aren't they
being a little too cute for their own good?

There's no blocked list like that. Have yout tried deleting & resending that
message?

So, if there's no blocked list, then it's something else. I've deleted and
re-created the message - same result. Maybe it's something in my (new)
computer. I'll try it from my old one that I'm running for a while as
backup.
