How can I find the block size that a disk was formatted with?

Probably, there is. But a quick romp through the admin tools and device
manager (and finding nothing) tells me that chkdsk is gonna be a lot
simpler.

Chkdsk /i /c is a bit (well, in my case, a lot) faster because it skips
some checks.
