Block shadows

Ok i just a 9800Pro 128(Built By ATi) and when i play Americas Army with
detailed shadows they are blocky i mean big blocks around everyone.
And some other guys in my clan have ati's as well and do the same thing, but
he happens to enjoy seeing the opfor way before thet see him.

I myself would rather see normal realistic ones, anyone know if it is a
Driver setting. I am a new Ati owner i upgraded from a Ti-4200 and i am
totally unfamiliar with the driver settings, also id like to note i am using
the omega 4.5's
per advice from a the clan mate i bought the card from

Try the 4.4 drivers from ati i have them and the shadows look fine :)
