Since you didn't post to Outlook Express NG, assume these
instructions are intended for OE only.
First: If you are using Blocked Senders to block Spam, you are
wasting your time. A Spammers address is seldom used twice. Try
message rules or a third party Spam Blocker. Do a Google to find one.
There are plenty.
To fix your current problem:
Close OE. Go to: Start>Run>Regedit>find this key (Blocked Senders)
and delete it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Block Senders
Blocked Senders list will be empty, but you can rebuild it now. This
will leave Blocked Senders as if you just got the computer.

message rules here:

My Block Sender List became so full I was directed to delete entries in order to
block more. I deleted all of them, but I continue to be notified
my List is full. I am unable to add more names to my Block Sender
List. Any suggestions?
