Block MSN Messenger on Office Hour

Hi,

My company want to stop user for chating by using MSN messenger, we got a hardwar Firewall and I block some IP from 207.46.104.1 - 207.46.110.255 by any TCP services and also we block the the same IP range for HTTP Service but I always
don't think this is the correct way to do it, is there anyone who knows how, my boss it's actually chasing me at my back, help please!! To those who help me here I would like to thank you in advance.

hi there,

We have some software that will help you out. Programs like MSN and
Kazaa port hop and server hop so it is very hard to block them. It is
also a pain to try to find all the servers that they try to access
etc.

Browse Control blocks any application so you don't have to deal with
all these various connection attempts. Your application will be
blocked from even running before you hit the "contacting the servers"
level.
