Block Internet Access using GPO's.

Is there a way to disable IE for domains users. They
would still need to get email through Outlook, so I
really want to keep them from browsing the web.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest that you run the IE setup wizard
( Internet Options / Connections / Set up )On the third
page , check the box for Manual Proxy Server. Then enter a
bogus IP address.
