any one know how to block e-mail validation in outlook ? in my
application mail want to send even though sending mail address is not
in regular format

I really don't know what you're asking here. Are you saying you want Outlook
to attempt to send the message even though the mail address isn't in a valid
mail address format? Can't be done, as far as I can tell. How do you think
the message will be delivered of the address isn't valid?
