Block Deletion Of Folder

Can anyone please tell me how i can set a folder so that user are be able to
create/delete files/folders in the top level folder but not delete the
actual top level folder

Try setting permissions on the main folder for the group to read/list/execute/write.
Then go to the advanced page and add the same group again. In apply onto box select
file and subfolders and give them the equivalent to modify permissions which I
believe is everything but full, change permissions, and take ownership. --- Steve
