Block AOL Instant Messenger (AIM)

I am using Windows XP with multiple user accounts. How can I block AOL
Instant Messenger from one user using Windows XP and not from the other
users???

Go to the folder under which AIM is installed, right-click, Properties, and
change permissions so only certain accounts have read access. Might not
work if you use XP's Fisher-Price interface with its Fast User Switching
(because you loading AIM under one account would leave it running when you
fast switch to another account rather than logging off your account and
forcing the other users to login under their accounts).
