blink=static

i am having the same kind of problem as above..."search"
in IE flashes constantly so i can't use it unless i hit
the X (stop) icon. in msn search bar it comes up with dns
error blink=static... i think that's what it says....it
flashes so quickly i can barely read what it's saying.HELP
please
