In Netscape, it has always been a ready feature to Blind
cc: all email to any address automatically. I used this
to have a copy of mail sent from one computer go to my
email address so that I could access it from other
computers. Is there a way to do this in Outlook?

View, BCC field? Or with Word as the editor, Options button dropdown, BCC. You can also add names using the To: button to open the addressing dialog and adding names to the BCC field.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Check the "Save copies of mesages in Sent
Items folder" box. This will retain a copy of every message you send or to
which you reply which is, after all, what Bcc-ing yourself is supposed to
accomplish.
