Blind CC Bcc

I have windows XP Outlook 2003 and can't seem to find how
to create a Bcc on E-mails. It's not under view as in the
pervious versions..I've checked set-up, etc! HELP Where
is it? And how do I find it and get it set up?
 
Are you using Word as the email editor? If yes, it is on the Options
button.
