Bleeding Calcs

If I'm using =RANK(AH7,AH7..AH42) and I pull it down a
range of rows, the two right-side calc move with me. The
final calc looks like this: =RANK(AH7,AH47..AH78)
instead of: =RANK(AH42,AH7..AH42).

How do I prevent the bleeding down of the numbers?

Try =RANK(AH7,$AH$7:$AH$42)

, the $s should anchor your ref.
