Blazefind

This program is finding Blazefind (Browser plugin) which
is listed as severe threat. Writes to the registry.
Microsoft anti spyware finds it and goes thru process of
removing it but it is never removed. I have even booted
up in Safe Mode and removed it but it keeps coming back.
I've also gone into the registry and deleted the entries
to no avail. Any ideas?
