Blaster worm

i have had a big major problem with this Blaster worm,my
comp.kept on rebooting,not sure but i think i might have
taken care of it through the Norton Anti Virus program i
have .At first my comp would not stay on long enough for
me to log on to anything.Finally i did it,hope this
works,can't stand it any longer

Apparently, your computer has an unwelcome visitor known
as the WM32 Blaster/Lovsan worm.

It entered your computer through your internet connection because the "firewall"
was not properly enabled and essential critical updates were not installed from

If your computer is constantly attempting to shutdown
or reboot, quickly go to:

Start > Run and type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem.

Then immediately turn-on Windows XP's built-in Firewall:
