Sorry,i gave the wrong address in my previous
message .hope to hear from someone soon

I had the virus and deleted it with Symantic's fix, but I
have no dial up service. In Network Connections there is
none and It won't let me make a new one. I get error 711
and when I try to enable Remote Access Conection Manager I
get access is denied? I also tried to reinstall XP but
that did not help.
any help would be great.
Andy
