Assuming that you don't have any pop-ups killers, webfilters installed:
You may try reinstalling Internet Explorer from inf files. Short of this, a
complete installation of IE may help.

I have already been to that page(s) and tried all the dll's listed. Have

I know this has been posted at least 50 times in this group as well as some
of the others. When I open a new window it is blank. I can click stop and
then refresh and it will then load correctly (usable but a pain). I have
tried registering the dll's: shdoc401,mshtml,urldll, etc. Nothing seems to
fix this problem. Help?
