blank windows

E-mail contain is blank.(Outlook express).When open Norton Antivirus I get
blank window. When run System Restore I get blank window too.Please
help.Thanks.

Your explanation leaves much to be desired. Do you see message
headers, but no text? Does this include saved mail?

Go to: Start>Run>Type in: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll - Press: Enter.
{Note the space after 32}.
