Blank Window pop ups

hi there could anyone help me with a problem i ahve with windows XP?
After Reinstalling or repairing Windows XP Pro or Home, i seem to get
freezing and white blank pop up windows coming up when ever i click on a
favourite or go onto the internet,either before or after installing windows
updates, ive had it happen on at least 4 PC's ive come across, firstly i
thought it was Spyware and that so ive been scanning them and getting rid of,
but in the end ive been wiping the entire system and starting again to fix it
which isnt always the right answer, but it seems to becoming a regular
accurance, has anyone come accross this and or have any answers for me. thanx

Try installing the drivers that were supplied with the computer, most
likely on a CD. If you don't have any, go online to the OEM site and
download all available drivers for that model computer.
 
hello again, i cant get onto the internet due to 2 blank windows popping up
and freezing my pc, i have to ctrl alt delete to end tasks on them open
windows, and ive tryed reinstalling the pc drivers All of them and still no
avail
