Many sites I cannot seem to access in any way shape or form. I've tried
every possible option in IE, but nothing seems to help. All it displays is a
blank white page, and I can hit "Refresh" for all eternity and nothing ever
happens.

System Details:
P-3,1,000Mhz
Windows ME
128MBRam
256kb L2 Cache

Info or tips on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

More or less,

From http://www.fjsmjs.com/OE/nolinks.htm

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

3. Click OK, and then click OK again when you receive the following message:

DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded.

4. If that doesn't fix it, see this article:

http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/answers.htm#new_window

You can also try this:

Go to Start/run, and type SFC (SFC /SCANNOW for Win2K or WinXP).
Choose 'Extract One File From Installation Disk'.
Type oleaut32.dll, not worrying about its location. Then, click Start.

Next to 'Restore From', type in or browse for the file's location, which is
probably in the Win98 folder of your installation CD-ROM (typically
D:\Win98), or in your Windows\Options\Cabs folder, as the case may be.

Then, next to 'Save File In', enter C:\Windows\System, and click OK. System
File Checker looks for the file, saves it as you requested, and then tells
you that 'the file has been successfully extracted'.

You may need to reboot.

I get the error message... "Windows cannot find 'regsvr32 urlmon.dll'. You
may have typed the name incorrectly in the Run dialog, or another open
program cannot find a system file. To search for a file, click the Start
button, and then Click Search."

I get the error message... "Windows cannot find '***VARIOUS names of
COMMANDS****'. You may have typed the name incorrectly in the Run dialog, or
another open program cannot find a system file. To search for a file, click
the Start button, and then Click Search."

I got this message for ALL the commands listed there...

Windows could not find "SFC" in any way shape or form either.

Any other ideas? or is my computer screwed?

Here are some ideas:

Try checking your Display properties and changing your
colors for the desktop or preferably using the default
windows scheme to see if that helps.

Try going into IE Tools> Internet Options> General Tab>
Accessibility button> and try ignoring fonts and colors
to see if there is any change. Also try the same General
Tab but the Colors button and try changing the Use
Windows Colors checkbox's current state (select or
unselect it).

Check Start> Control Panel> Accessibility options> High
Contrast check box.

Hi Danger - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
there:

You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens After You
