Blank web pages

On some web pages I should be able to see photos and
pictures but I only see blank rectangles. Is this an
internet problem or is something gwrong with my browser
settings.

Fred,

First, make sure if the "Show Pictures" option is turned on in Advanced tab
of Internet Options.
