Blank popups and new windows

Hey folk,
In IE all popups and new woindows appear blank. Have
worked with AOL & loaded and reloaded Java but those were
not the answer. Any ideas, possible actions? thanks
 
Hi packdog - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
there:

Try this:

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [nternet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]

If this does not help, run this fix: Based on MSKB article:
