blank page problem when using Vista

Bought an Acer laptop in March, and noticed a problem, happens very often.
When I am on the computer the screen goes blank and I have to go to task
manager to remove the blank page. IN the task manager it shows blank page
-Window internet Explorer. Could anyone please tell me what is wrong so I can
correct this problem. Thanks Swtpea2
 
Check the Internet Explorer newsgroups and see if they have any blank page
posts. This group is for Windows Mail issues and by using the Internet
Explorer or even the Vista.general newsgroup, you might find a solution
quicker.
 
This discussion group pertains to Windows Mail issues, which is not
what you have. Try posting in a more pertinent forum:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

Also, since your laptop is still under warranty, one option would be
to take it back to where you bought it from, and have their techs
take a look at it.

I have a similar problem, but the screen goes blank and nothing will come back up. I have to pull the battery, shut it down, and re-start.
