Blank IE Pop up screen

When browsing a secure site, (banking) I cannot log in as
the log in screen is blank, and at the bottom left of the
IE browser screen is "Error on Page"

I have updated to the latest service pack and made
adjustments to the Internet Options as suggested by my
ISP.

Please help.

You might need to reinstall your scripting engine:
